Activities are Abundant in St. Marys on Saturday, April 16th

Badge of Benevolence, Dash for Donuts- April 16th

The St. Marys Police Department is pleased to announce a fundraiser for the Badge of Benevolence.  The 5K Fun Run will be Saturday, April 16th at 7:30am.  Contact Officer Crihfield at 912-882-4488 or badgeofbenevolence@stmpd.org.  Proceeds benefit families in Camden County during the holidays.  Starts at corner of St. Marys and Wheeler Streets.

 

Spring Festival Praise in the Park- April 16th

At Howard Gilman Waterfront Park.  Kids’ events start at 10AM.  

 Annual Easter Egg Hunt Sponsored by St. Marys Kiwanis plus games and Arts-n-Crafts.  Entertainment includes Chiniah, Mr. Charlie, Linda Whitley, NCM Dance Studio and many more.  Full event time is 12pm-6pm.

 

Opening of the St. Marys Film Museum - April 16th

A touch of Hollywood in the LowCountry!  Journey through the world of film and see memorabilia from some of America’s favorite movies.  Open House is 11am-3pm on Saturday, April 16th.  The museum will be open Saturday’s and Sundays from 11am-5pm. 

 

Chocolate for Charities- April 16th

On Saturday, April 16th, from 1-5 PM at the First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, chocolate lovers are invited to sample and/or purchase chocolate delicacies in all forms.  Awards will be given for creativity, presentation and taste.  Tickets are $3 each and can be purchased in advance.  Proceeds from ticket sales and silent auction will benefit various local charities.  To purchase tickets or for more information contact June at 912-729-3319 or junefischer@tds.net.  

 

Easter Egg Hunt at Ball fields by St. Marys Aquatic Center- April 16th

On Saturday, April 16th, from 1-5 PM 301 Herb Bauer Drive, SEGeorgiaMommies.com would like to invite you and your family out for a FREE Easter Egg Hunt at 1:00pm. There will be lots of door prizes and separate hunts for each age group~ walkers-3, 4-6, 7-10. Age groups will be staggered by a few minutes to allow you to make it to the next egg hunt with your older child and not miss a memory.
